Virginia Wildrye is a cool season, native, perennial bunchgrass that is very similar to Canada Wildrye and often found together. It is usually short lived and makes for fair grazing. Virginia Wildrye is usually used in rangeland grass mixes and for reclamation projects. Planting rate is 10 PLS pounds per acre.
