Description

King’s Wildflower mix is a premier native wildflower blend for Central Texas. The mix is composed of Texas Bluebonnet, Indian Blanket, Black-eyed Susan, Purple Coneflower, Plains Coreopsis, Clasping Coneflower, Mexican Hat, Lanceleaf Coreopsis, Lemon Mint, Greenthread, and Evening Primrose. These native wildflowers bloom throughout the year and provide excellent habitat for pollinators and wildlife.

Landscape Planting Rate: 1-2 lbs per 1,000 square feet

  • A 1 lb. bag should cover about 500 square feet. (Or a 50′ by 10′ area.)
  • A 2 lb. bag should cover about 1,000 square feet. (Or a 50′ by 20′ area.)

Rangeland Planting Rate: 10-20 lbs. per acre.

  • A 5 lb. bag should cover about 1/4 of a acre.
